Hello, my name is Anthony Burrows and I am here to spread the word about the barefoot shoe movement. I found out about the movement two years ago, and have fell in love with the minimalist footwear. After experiencing pain in my lower body most of my adult life, I realized my footwear may be the problem. I went barefoot and it was life changing.
